Plan panel brings NGOs into plan process

While Anna Hazare and his team are co-drafting the anti-corruption Lokpal Bill along with government representatives, more than 1,000 NGOs, have made their recommendations to the Planning Commission to feed into the Approach Paper to the 12th Five Year Plan.
